Standard Rates
Initial Consultation & Case Assessment
A flat fee of $200 AUD is charged to review your case, determine the feasibility of investigation, and provide a recommended plan of action.
This consultation ensures your situation is evaluated by a licensed investigator, not a sales agent.
Hourly Investigation Rate
Following the consultation, work is billed at $120 AUD per hour, depending on the complexity, urgency, and digital depth required.
Time is calculated based on actual hours spent on investigation, tracing, analysis, and documentation.
Fixed Pricing Options
In some cases — particularly for smaller, well-defined tasks like address lookups, business checks, or single-item reports — a fixed quote may be offered. This will be based on case scope, clarity of information provided, and turnaround expectations.
